Thank you Mr Le Couteur for organising such a fantastic lesson today celebrating the 70th Anniversary of Bookweek. The students read and discussed the Children's Book of the Year Awards Shortlisted book 'The Cow Tripped Over the Moon'. Following this the students had an opportunity to engage deeper with the themes of the book , walking through the school in their peer support groups and scanning random 'Super Six' Comprehension questions using a 'QR' reader on the school Ipads, and answering the questions about the book collaboratively.

As well as this it was our pleasure to mingle and share information as well as a bite to eat with our new Ebenezer families. Some of the new families were able to take part in the Bookweek activity. Thank you Mrs Proglio for organising the Meet and Greet, it was a great 'taster' day for our lovely little school. Thank you also to our wonderful current Mum's who gave up their time on the Year 6 BBQ fundraiser. A great Ebenezer day once again despite the drizzle.
