The Hawkesbury Garden Competition is run annually and aims to create a brighter and more beautiful Hawkesbury. Last night Mr Johnson, Mrs Willoughby-Green and selected Environment Group students attended the annual awards night and I am delighted to report that the school came away with some silverware!
First Place – Best School Garden Constructed and maintained by Staff.
First Place – Best Regional Garden – North
Congratulations must go to Mr Johnson, Mrs Willoughby-Green and the Environment Group as well as to the parents who have been able to come and assist on Fridays with maintenance. The fruits of your efforts are evident and this is a wonderful reflection on our environmental focus as a school.
