School Facilities

Library bags will not be needed on your child’s first day. We encourage you to use the bag you receive as part of the Kindergarten Information Pack for both Library and Home Reading books for your child. The class teacher will advise you of your child’s library day.

A whole school assembly is held at 10.30am every ‘even school week’ Friday where possible, throughout the year.  Students receive Merit certificates, token awards and Principal’s Awards for achievements throughout the week. We conclude each assembly with all classes standing outside their rooms to sing a song and the National Anthem.

The Ebenezer Public School OOSH centre runs before and after school. Session times are morning session 7:00am-9:00am and afternoon 3:00pm-6:00pm. If you are interested in using this facility booking and enrolment forms are available from the office.

NOTE: It is a good idea to register your child with OOSH if there may be an instance where you may be running late to pick your child/ren up. Staff will walk your child/ren to the OOSH to ensure care is provided for the afternoon when school hours are over. The full fee will be charged for that afternoon. To ensure duty of care our policy is that if your child is not registered with OOSH and you are late to pick them up, staff will still walk your child/ren to the centre with essential details from our records and you will incur the full fee for that afternoon.
