Last week turf was laid in front of our Library thanks to the Mifsud family!
Today we have just had a wonderful favour done by a beautiful Ebenezer family! Maximilian's brothers, from River's Edge Turf, came and laid turf in front of our library. They made no money from the deal! Joe from next door helped out clearing the weeds with his bobcat and the boys prepared the surface and laid the turf in one afternoon. Thank you Mary-Doris and family for helping us out. The children will love to play there now and the turf is hardy enough and the ground hard enough to still handle a truck every now and again. A win for all of us. Thanks Joe as well for dropping everything and coming to help. A true community-minded gentleman!
