Our school's goal - to ensure each student loves to read and can read critically!

Students at Ebenezer are participating more confidently, enthusiastically and positively in school work. They are loving to read and teachers are increasing the opportunities they have to read, across the curriculum. All teachers are participating in a rigorous and innovative program that compliments our Early Years Strategy - New Focus on Reading. Mr O'Brien and Mrs Keys have been trained to deliver this professional learning to staff which enables teachers to engage students in deep discussions around texts. The students are reading more, and they are reading with passion and a love for literature!
